You may not of heard about much about Danish artist Ingvar Cronhammar, but you should. His reputation is building large scale monuments, often juxtaposing modern technology and the primitive past. Why is this important to a Human Experience Designer?
I always talk about intentionality in designing for the Human Experience. Ingvar takes it to a very experiential level, combining the current state of technologies ability to get anything we want now, with the element of uncertainty.
A beautiful monument intentionally designed for uncertainty. Beautiful mystery, presence, and to some, frustration.
